3. Truthfulness and Transparency: False advertising, rumors, or misleading information are not allowed.

4. Respect for Copyright: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material (e.g., music, videos) is prohibited.

5. Prohibition of Dangerous Activities: Activities that endanger the safety of the streamer or others are strictly forbidden during live streams.

2. Host Behavior Guidelines

1. Identity Verification: All hosts must complete identity verification to ensure authenticity and meet the legal age requirement.

2. Content Compliance: Live streams must adhere to platform content guidelines and must not share illegal or prohibited information.

3. Respectful Interaction: Treat viewers with respect and avoid verbal abuse, harassment, or discriminatory behavior.

4. Transparent Gifting: Clearly communicate the purpose of virtual gifts; do not engage in false advertising or coercive gifting practices.

5. No Off-Platform Transactions: Do not direct users to engage in any form of off-platform transactions.

3. Viewer Behavior Guidelines

1.Civil Communication: Avoid using offensive, discriminatory, or provocative language.

2.No Harassment: Respect hosts and other viewers, refraining from malicious attacks or offensive comments.

3.Responsible Spending: All spending should be voluntary.

4.Report Violations: Use the platform’s reporting features to report any inappropriate behavior or content and help maintain a positive environment.

4. Platform Interaction Rules

1.Authentic Identity: Users must ensure the authenticity of their personal information and avoid impersonating others or using false details.

2.Respect Privacy: Do not share private information of hosts or other users, including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, or ID numbers.

3.Platform Security: Refrain from sharing malicious links, advertisements, or other content that may compromise the security of the platform.

5. Explicitly Prohibited Content

1.Illegal Activity: Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including violence, terrorism, drug use, or hate crimes;

2.Hate Speech: Content that attacks a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics;

3.Harassment and Bullying: Content that threatens violence against an individual or group or that is intended to intimidate, threaten, or abuse another person. This includes cyberbullying and doxing;

4.Child Sexual Abuse Content (CSAM): Any content depicting the sexual abuse of a minor. We have zero tolerance for CSAM;

5.Violent threats: content that threatens violence against an individual or group;

6.Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights, such as unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material;

7.Misinformation and Disinformation: Spreading demonstrably false or misleading information, particularly regarding public health or safety;

8.Spam and Malicious Content: Unsolicited commercial messages, phishing attempts, or malware distribution;

9.Promotion of Self-Harm: Content that encourages or glorifies self-harm or suicide.

6. Handling Violations

1.Minor Violations: May result in warnings, temporary bans, or restricted access to the platform.

2.Severe Violations: Actions such as sharing illegal content or malicious harassment will result in permanent account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement.

3.Host Violations: The platform reserves the right to freeze earnings, deduct penalties, or terminate agreements with violators.

1.User Responsibility: Ti.Live is not responsible for consequences resulting from user violations, such as account suspension or frozen earnings.
